Do you even work for this company to ask such an obvious question?

“Boo goo have to go back to work”. NO. That’s not what RTO is about. In Atlanta we are forced to go into an office location (pick any one) that doesn’t have enough seats for everyone. Some altercations due to this and a reservation system that is simply not working (q at codes that don’t lead to actual ywt site, multiple people thinking they’re reserving the same table space, etc) is leading to short tempers and fights. City police on premises (both campuses) as a result. Noisy, overcrowded, not enough parking. A complete sh1! Show

THATS why people are on here complaining. And that’s just “wave 1”. “Wave 2” will force people to uproot from wherever they currently live to join this overcrowded, farcical “attempt” at coming back to the office. And these people will be forced to do so without a “generous relocation package” the Chief Psychopath In Charge lied about

Do NOT minimize this situation as a “boo hop I have to return to the office”

@rhi+1nDMdcTJ Maybe not. In case you aren't aware, if you select Latest Posts vs a specific company on this site, you get ALL posts that are trending. That's why OP is asking because they are seeing more than the usual number of posts re: AT&T in that post list. Mind blowing, I know.

OP, there are several things going on - none of which benefit the employees

  1. surplus
  2. forced RTO (could also be considered surplus for some)
  3. consolidation to hubs, some requiring relocation on employee's dime
(could also be considered surplus for some - although the company would
call it voluntary termination if you decline)

This question was probably from some clueless person in upper management or a troll. You decide.

The reason you're seeing posts about AT&T is because you're on the AT&T section of the website. Mind blowing, I know.
