Spinoff

It’s time to spin Wireless off from this toxic company ( non pun intended)!

I got hired on as a contractor for Cingular Wireless. CW was doing just fine away from Toxic T. Good management, good coworkers. Life was good. Nobody jacked with my 10% bonus. Then CW was brought back in house. CW employees integrating with Legacy T employees. Who do you think got the short end of the stick every time? Even though CW was keeping AT&T afloat, CW employees were treated like total sh-t by AT&T management. Every. Single. Time.
AT&T's managers were like mentally challenged kindergarteners compared with the fine managers of CW. That still applies to this day.
So please, yes, spin off wireless with its own leadership team and get it away from this dumpster fire of a company run by a reckless and clueless egomaniac.

Good idea.

Load the debt on Wireless and dump them.
Then raise wholesale prices we charge for that fiber connection to the towers.
