Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

Greenville

How much work has Greenville lost? Is it normal for one site to look to another site to take over programs? It seems a little more than a typical “work share”

It’s true Greenville laid off hundreds of people today 08/03/23 including my dad. Was informed it was new management and that they went through and selected groups of people to lay off.

11 years huh? Good thing you have all that experience, hope you had your SCI and certifications. Won't be hard for you to get a job... unless you weren't performing well.

Just hot laid off from Greenville Engineering today. The document included in my packet indicates 10% cut in Engineers.

I don't see how Greenville can afford to get rid of 300 employees. We're already barely making it with the mass exodus of skilled workers and replacing them with unqualified, inefficient new hires.

200 will be gone from Rockwall, 300 from Greenville. Is the word true? Possibly, these things are heard from trusted people. Stay frosty out there.
