Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Double standards

What bothers me the most in the whole story about RTO are the double standards. I don't know if you have noticed, but some people easily get away with ignoring requests to go back to the office, while others don't?

I’m still mad that my department only gets five days work from home a month. Everyone else is complaining about three days in two days at home we’re not showing up at all. Meanwhile, our group has to be there all the time. No cell phones no earbuds good times. Lol

My advice to you is get over it. I have been with the bank 20 years and have had several roles. Bottom line each role had its own set of rules and each management team treated people differently. Fair or not their is no one size fits all at BOA.

Agree, band 4 SVP's on my floor that maybe show up once per week or every other week. I wonder if they will get the "call" from their b2 leader.
