P4P is an absolute joke. You now have to outperform 1/2 the field just to make what you make now. Your pension and 401k match are cut. This will not "attract & retain". OSDs make what a "meets expectations" performance pays @ Shell or P66. This is a tu-d of epic proporiton. Everyone that waited around for this looks like a fool.

Yes you will get a bonus. It will be equal to three months pay. The name of the bonus program is PIL.
Didn’t you get the memo? No bonus in the foreseeable future. We get 7 year vesting RSUs instead.
