Anyone know what percentiles match up with the different ranks? Like everything else, can't find a damn thing on the intranet.

Why do you care? If you are a HiPo you have a sponsor and a new job every 1 to 2 years. If you are ranked O or E that is like the old top third. Your raises are better but it doesn’t make you a HiPo. Everyone else is seen by HR as equal. Just workers.
The problem is not what bucket this year.
The problem is with ranking as a function of time.
It will go down as you age.
Regardless of what you do.
It designed obsolescence, you are "retired" by the system progressively year after year.
The only way to avoid this fate? Be a HiPo (you aren't otherwise tou wouldn't be concerned enough to ask), or to leave the company.
There isn’t an exact percentile forced in each of the five bucket. There is a min and max amount allowed in each though. So think of a range of 15-25 percent in each one.
