Since I am just waiting for the axe to fall, thought I'd search on the internal job boards. Do a search for Product Owner or Scrum Master and compare the # of avail positions in India vs. US.

I have an open PO position and the only option I was given was India.

Why won’t management just be upfront about the reason for India hiring primarily being tied to cost savings? There’s really no benefit to lying to employees about it. Despicable.
I on board between 10 to 15 new users to my system each day. US versus non US - 2 out of 10, roughly.
Be prepared for the entire narrative from every Exec and Manager to change from India being a “process efficiency and cost savings” decision to being an “expanded or enhanced talent pool” …

What’s even more maddening is when the featured jobs are in India or Philippines.
I try not to complain out loud about this, though, as I don’t want WF to remove that little nugget of insight.
I intentionally avoid any company that offshores to India for support. Nothing but a nightmare. Sadly I still work here but I'm not proud of it and don't recommend doing business to friends. I do however enjoy my actual job which is why I remain until such a time it gets kicked over that way. Were I granted severance I'd be pretty happy.
I have been looking for 4 months now. Nothing. However if I wanted to move to India there are plenty of jobs

Never mind their booming relationship with Russia or their destructive environmental actions
India is the last place jobs should be going
90k employees outside the USA already. Only a matter of time before there's more foreigners here than Americans.
They have hired over 8,000 people in India. The labor is less expensive and they do not have the same employment laws like we have in the US. Both are reasons for these moves.
