B4 Compensation

To other B4’s, what is your total compensation? Looking to better determine the pay range of the band.

So no one wants to post numbers - just details speculating what the range is?

Anywhere from 100k to 250k roughly. Depends on role, LOB, and how you moved into the position (external hire vs. internal). If you're an external hire, chances are you're making much more than someone that moves into a B4 from a previous B5 role because they limit salary increase to a certain percentage of what you were making before rather than what the job should pay (and they wonder why people leave). I think you'll find a majority of the band 4's making mid/upper 100's plus bonus with the rare case at/above 200 and rare case at lower 100k.

@OP+1nFfk8UD - you really need to specify role/LOB.

Varies TREMENDOUSLY across role/LOB.

I've been a manager across several different LOBs and the pay limits are not standardized outside the specific division.

For example, front office customer facing, manager level B4 is different than a back-office, individial contributor, no DRS, support B4.
