Ford is cutting and hiring. The culture and the atmosphere at Ford are changing. I'm just wondering if getting a job here is now easier than ever? At one time, only the best and most talented could do it.

As long as they can pass the initial tests, the only barrier is 3 of the LLs that we all interact with everyday....ya, it's easy.
If you live in India Mexico or Brazil. Getting a job is easy at Ford. But what CF doesn't know is they are disasters
I'm glad that I am 58 and at the end of my career. Yeah you can be hired into Ford easier, but so what? Nothing but re-orgs and layoffs.
It's called chew them up, sp-t them out, then get another horse.
It seems this company only hires you if you have the skill set needed. Once you have outgrown your usefulness, pink-slipped, then the process starts again, hire a new person and squeeze everything they can out of them. Then they get a pink slip because you are no longer of any use to them. Sounds like the kind of company I want to work for, nah.
Yes, very easy if you live in Chennai
