People are disappointed and unsatisfied, but most forget that the company doesn't care, nor does it care about our opinions. When did any of our opinions change anything here for the better? It's never happened. Maybe therefore it is better to channel the energy into finding alternatives, rather than concentrating on anger towards the leadership or the company, which can only become an even worse workplace. Just my opinion.

It’s an unpopular message but I agree. Life isn’t fair, get over it.
blah blah blah
"Those employee surveys are used to target people. If you are honest on the survey about what a sh-t show, AT&T is, they will target you they will begin lying about your performance and ultimately get rid of you."
This is paranoid nonsense.
The money comes out of your pocket and into theirs. That’s the game.
Actually, we can change it. We can decide that we’re no longer going to work for a company that is actively seeking to make us as miserable as possible so we quit.
Stanley doesn't care what any of you think. He is busy figuring out the next thing he can do sc--w the company up. My guess, no bonuses this year.

If everyone gives negative feedback on the employee survey, they have to listen, as they have stated year over year, that they have failed at taking survey results to heart.

It would not matter.
No. Stankey knows more about anything than anyone. He is tall, he has a deep booming voice and he never make mistakes. He might not stand before us in a proper attire for his position in a webcast, but he will show up in PJ's for a comical webcast. That is "leadership".
I have nothing else going in my life except to complain about Stankey.

You must have a well thought out exit strategy. Maybe not and you are a Stankey bobblehead. It will not save you. Randy and Stankeys bad decisions will come to your cost center very soon, and the results will be devastating. It takes time, but be assured, it when find you and it will be quick but not painless.

The company path is clear as day. Reduce headcount to acceptable levels to appeal to suitable buyers for each business segment. The remaining business pieces will be largely outsourced…why do they need high pay, costly benefit employees to do what companies like T Mobile do at a fraction of the cost and have double the market cap and a fraction of the debt. T is in a bad relationship with itself. Anyone that thinks they will be hear in a year should stay away from casinos. Leadership wants to keep employees off balance…rather than looking at the big picture. It’s not a good one for T. Free cash flow is good but when your company debt is larger than the value of your company it’s the titanic. They are just trying to determine how to divest this whole mess. Why in the world do you think the man in charge is still here ? They are working the reconfiguration and firing him at this point is moot. No one would come in knowing it’s on life support. Sad but true, it was a good run for many of us….
You Matter!

opinions only matter if you have a "critical skill" lol - still can't say that with a straight face
They are executing a plan, your happiness is not a concern. The company is going to a contractor model and that is the future. No benefits, easier headcount reduction when needed and no employees to deal with. Sadly, this is the new T, VZ. and TMobile business model.
Definitely feeling the unhappiness and pressure. How am I suppose to conduct work meetings during my Costco runs if I have to go into the office?
Pressure to do what? Make us even more miserable? As if he cares
This is mostly what we do when at work
I hear word is getting back to Stankey that we are unhappy. We are putting pressure on him. Keep it up.
