everybody complains about why BOD won't get rid of him. nobody bothers to look up that he is PART of the BOD. Hate to say it but maybe that's part of the fat he wants to cut.

Why would the BoD remove him? He was picked by Stephenson as his successor and look at what Stephenson and the BoD did together back then.

Of course he is - they can still vote him out!
