Watch for management shuffling now that the annual PIP off has completed... signaling the beginning of the end.

I don't think so. They settled with the union recently. Pretty small brain to settle with them and then in a couple of months close the site.

If they shut down the god pod in Dallas, it is more than obvious that they will shut down the $h1t h0le in Annandale.

No surprises here.

That last is incorrect.

  • Annandale is the official corporate entity's location.
  • Clinton is the surrounding corn and sorghum fields used to obtain a virtually tax-free "farm" status for the site.

And the cematary - dead-center on the property.
And the Clinton police station we donated way back when.

You can hunt deer and geese with your car in the Clinton part, too.

Annandale and Clinton are the same site. Annandale is the City where EMTEC is located, Clinton is Clinton Township where the City of Annandale is located, and Clinton Township is in the State of New Jersey.

Is it both Annandale and Clinton? Or only Annandale?

It is not already shut? There are some of the worst people in Annandale. Not a single worthy soul who worked there in last 20 years.

No truth to the rumor, Annandale will be shut down in December 2023. Merry Christmas! Now that you know, don’t act surprised. You have no excuse that you don’t have another job lined up. As already explained, Annandale is an expensive operation that we don’t need and will contract out or buy any research if we need it.

Short answer yes. The plan is in place. The management committee is busy with other things right now but it'll be done soon. If you are in Annandale you must start looking for another job right now. You don't have much time left.

There has been some great research that came out of XOM once upon a time.

The myopia, lack of vision, fear of risk, lack of collaboration, arrogance, and placing people with wrong skill sets into roles drove this place into the ground.

Goodbye. Exxon doesnt do research anymore. They farm it out to universities and start up companies. No need for the Annandale facilities. Good luck to you all
