Make no mistake, the BOD is 100% culpable in this (intentional) disaster. Those ‘fellow travelers’ have green-lit all of the atrocious ‘decisions’ by “Skunkey”.
BoD is in on this. Look at all the d-mb decisions they went along with under Randy. They rubber stamp decisions and collect their pay. Worthless is too polite of a word.
The BOD is just a bunch of sycophants that are CEO’s of other companies, so they could care less.
