AT&T top leaders STEAL pension, severance, and do wrongful terminations when reported! They shred 21 years of good reviews and don’t respond to the courts. Why hav me a survey if you don’t want the truth. The most dangerous part about AT&T is their current role in Human/S-x Trafficking via a device in my middle/inner ear, gums, and selling the device 5yrs outside of employment. When pension theft occurs citizens cannot be silent. When a severance is stolen it exposes the ethical truth about AT&T. Your last 10 years of working impacts what you draw from social security. Criminal and wrongful acts have lifelong impacts others must be aware of. Their prostitutes and co----e heads lead their smear campaigns! Be aware of the truth!

These are absolutely not anonymous. Director Q'd me one time that I didn't respond. I always just did 5 stars. Even the United way and PAC donations have a list taken from a General Manger I knew. Stay off those lists if you want to get a few more years.

Is there actually someone (other than the Stink cheerleader troll) that answered "yes" to any of these? Or even actually answered the survey?

Surveys are not anonymous so No, never answer honestly. Say what they want to hear, stay off The List.

Filling out these surveys with honest and truthful answers are a total waste of time, and yes, possibly a bad career move for those that do intend on trying to stay. Years back, there was a certain email, to 2nd lines and above I believe, calling anyone who did not give glowing responses as “detractors”. That email showed that 1) they are NOT anonymous 2) the company does NOT want to know any opinion except leaderships version. Give them perfect scores, and bite your lip.

I was honest before and would be again, but they're not stupid. These things are timed carefully. Example: Feb/March was full of messages and congratulations on the excellent job we did working remote and our 2022 results. Decent bonus award too. April was the employee survey. Then they dropped the hammer about RTO in May.

They will do the same thing again next year for everyone who is still around. Praise the employees on their excellent commitment on RTO during a challenging 2023. Maybe a decent raise. Ask you to complete the employee survey, and then the bad news will drop after.

Being honest I was pretty positive. I have only been here for a few years and my experiences with my co-workers, director and AVP were good, can’t lie. I have worked at some really toxic places before and my experience here again was positive though it seems like that has not been the case for a lot of people.

However, I would definitely change my answers now. I still like my coworkers and boss but all the lies and gaslighting regarding RTO and layoffs (this is all about culture!) as well as the whole idea of pushing people to relocate on their own dime or leave completely changed my view. And yes I hope to leave once I can get an offer to something viable.

I’m not sure how many of my coworkers would give negative feedback I don’t know if they are annoyed enough to actually make a move or if they will grumble and keep staying like some of the commenters here. I suspect the latter.

Employee surveys are not particularly useful - usually negative results just mean employees are blamed and have do a lot HR feel-good junk. Experienced it at other places. However, at least a shift to the negative would give leadership some idea that people are not on board with their decisions and it is more than just a couple of angry town hall posts.

They won’t do anything but it will still be out there.

There's no reason to offer negative feedback. T doesn't care if it's negative or not, and these surveys are absolutely not anonymous. There's nothing to gain by giving them any feedback.

It’s amazing how many cowards refuse to offer negative feedback for fear of it being used in layoff decisions. If a company behaves that way, getting laid off is your best outcome.

I answered the surveys.

I have provided consistent negative feedback in a professional manner for the last 5 years or so (and yes, I’m still here).

How could anyone with a straight face answer positive to “I’d recommend AT&T as a good place to work”., even before this current brouhaha? I mean, really?

My guess is there will be NO survey in 2024

Yes to the first one, but the bigger question is does the company expect you to be working for them 12 months from now. The rest of the questions are all no.

T doesn't care about negative survey responses because they want you to hate your job. For some reason it really seems to bother them when you don't fill them out, which is why I never do them.

I've answered all of those negatively for years, except maybe the last one. If I last long enough to do another that will be as negative as it can be as well. Not that it matters.

Our purpose. It disturbs me that companies brand these mission statements like connect people to a world of possibilities and other such ridiculous when it should be something like to provide quality services and great customer care. Its like your doing something grandiose like connecting people to possibilities and that absolves you from having to deliver decent pricing or any semblance of customer care or follow up. AT&T is a mess and leadership is to blame, we have too many fake upper level leaders and too many management consultants. Lots of good people here, let the people run the company and get the talking heads out ASAP to save this place.

I lie so I don’t get labeled a malcontent or flagged by the bosses.

I intend to stay at AT&T for at least the next 12 months
Nope. Leaving as soon as I find something that pays me more. I’m here to make money, I quit trying to climb the ladder and overperform a while back since all I ever got was more work. But I’m sure they don’t care.

I recommend AT&T as a good place to work
Eh, it’s a job and it depends on the group you’re in. Some groups/teams are good, but again they are having to deal with the big Corp morass coming from the top which is making it unbearable.

I understand AT&T's current focus and direction
Not sure what the direction is. I figure we’re just trying to make as much money as we can and reduce costs as much as possible. Same as any other place.

I believe strongly in the goals and objectives of our company
Not sure what those are.

My leadership team inspires me around AT&T's overall purpose, not just our immediate business goals
My boss these days is just trying not to look bad. Everyone is on edge. We get yelled at for making the simplest of mistakes.

I trust my leadership team
My boss, eh, somewhat, he’s scared to make a mistake and has a lot of pressure on him, above him, nope not a bit.

No. In fact I'm entertaining offers from a couple different companies.

I recommend AT&T as a good place to work

Depends on who you work for. I don't have any complaints about my immediate supervisor. The company however is becoming more difficult to work for.

I understand AT&T's current focus and direction

Current focus: blame WSJ for stock price

I believe strongly in the goals and objectives of our company

The company has no vision

My leadership team inspires me around AT&T's overall purpose, not just our immediate business goals

What is our purpose?

I trust my leadership team

I trust them to ki-l our stock price
