coz H1B and temp folks laid off from US moving up north. They rather stay in North America than going back.

There were a few in sp routing
AFAIK, very little impact in Canada (unless you really want the package to retire). They plan a massive expansion with more hiring and a new building in Ottawa. Salaries are very low though and cost of living is very high.
