if you perceive seen other people and socializing as success(0% work related) I sure hope you are not in upper management, that would explain why we are in the current situation
“I was an FTW long before covid.”
That was a different station of life.
“ RTO back to your original office and original working days pre Covid is the right thing to do.”
Well heck, I’m going to go back home then. Because I was an FTW long before covid. Now come in to atlanta my min 3 days. Everyone in my group is scattered across the country due to the nature of the work. No reason for me to be in office. I’m taking a seat someone else probably needs.
whoever is shoulder to shoulder is missing out. we're spooning each other in Alpharetta
but, are they glad to see you?
yeah, didn't think so....
RTO back to your original office and original working days pre Covid is the right thing to do. I am fed up with trying to contact members of our team who have gone awol.
Idle on teams, logging in late and finishing early. The worst culprit is our L3 who basically works part time. Back to the office is great, all they do is whinge around the water cooler. No sympathy. Just get in with it. RTO to a new site though I do sympathise with.
I love that the locations are shoulder to shoulder crowded. That really opens up for collaboration.
they seem sleepy, must normally nap at this time
It's been really helpful to actually be able to get in touch with coworkers in the afternoons. When WFH, so many were never responding!
