Per the dynamic update last week, has anyone/their manager actually received a tracking report of their attendance?

I break out in hives thinking about having to sit by or even walk by some of the smelly people at work
No, I’m serious, although I have heard many people talk about things at the office bothering them, from the lighting to the carpets.
I have an allergic reaction to the cleaning products used in the office so I cannot participate in Connect Weeks.
I have physical ailment that only comes about nowadays or is really bad after being in the office. I’ve hardly made a full week, and no one has said anything in terms of being close to being punished.
of course they are tracking and leadership gets reports.

The good folks in HR are not able to correctly calculate this.
So, should be fun when they try to discipline people over this.
lovely "Not in Compliance" that will just push people out into a very strong job market ESPECIALLY for software engineers many of whom work better away from the office by avoiding unneeded interruptions. The program s/b called interrupt-weeks.
But man seeks to bow before that only which is recognized by the greater majority, if not by all his fellow-men, as having a right to be worshipped; whose rights are so unquestionable that men agree unanimously to bow down to it.
For the chief concern of these miserable creatures is not to find and worship the idol of their own choice, but to discover that which all others will believe in, and consent to bow down to in a mass.
It is that instinctive need of having a worship in common that is the chief suffering of every man, the chief concern of mankind from the beginning of times. It is for that universality of religious worship that people destroyed each other by sword.
