Those who remain are still indoctrinated with the old culture and real talent is rarely drawn to maintenance work so the likelihood of replacements being significantly more effective isn't good.
Chuck has to go, so does the layoff culture. Emma is a fuggin id--t who thinks her time at pan doing SP is relevant to all Cisco customers. If she wins her way and tries to make Cisco sec sellers like pan generalists...she will fail. As will Cisco. At least JP gets that this is the last stand before irrelevancy.
