GEM a lot of people
Congratulations to new members selected as AT&T alumna this week.
In MM, was surplussed today.
Meanwhile the techs are riding around jepping orders cause sales tried to convert a consumer 1 gig customer to a business 300 meg account for the same price they were paying for 1gig. I get it you might as well try if your gonna get fired anyway
If you’re not at 80% of sales and they don’t prior years into acct then it’s just an easy way for the company to get rid of people. Just a bs way of doing it.
Am in mass markets in dallas and we have been told that notification will come towards end of September and last date in October.
I'm in public sector and was impacted. Survived 4 rounds previously... knew it would happen at some point.
"I call BS because do not rehire is almost never used outside of COC things."
Nope, not BS at all. Five of my friends were let go today because they were under 80% of quota YTD. Previous years' performance was not taken into consideration. The bloodbath will continue.
ICB pricing is being impacted today.
What group(s) within Cricket?
anyone below 80% was tagged for surplus -labelled as do not rehire
80% of what?
I call BS because do not rehire is almost never used outside of COC things.
More desks becoming available in Atlanta and Dallas very soon.
Constant state of layoffs
Hearing a large number of notices going out to Public-Sector sled/led/gem/firstnet, and that anyone below 80% was tagged for surplus -labelled as do not rehire and off payroll by 8/4/23, others will also be impacted as there aren't enough slots available
BMO being affected today. I made it through today's surplus and now am waiting to see when I will get caught up in RTO. At that point I will decline to move and take severance.
Can they do that?
Yes, some have already received calls. Off payroll date is 8-4-23.
Yes, cricket org getting hit.. confirmed announcements made today. But the interesting part that the team members who were notified will be evaluated in September for final decision.. is this the first of it's kind ?
