Like every other functional department inside Intel, there are about 30% too many finance people. Odd that that big consulting contract Stacy was in charge of didn't point that out... oh wait he was in charge of finance at the time...

@lyx+1nIc1llb, more H1b in manufacturing. Intel owns their sponsorship to stay here so they work them hard and pay them less since they won't leave.

Is finance paid better than manufacturing engineers who have to be on call and work way more hours and solve difficult engineering challenges? If so, why?
