Lot of Intel people seem to have delusions about Pat saving Intel and being the best person to run the company. All the issues are dismissed by saying that it was there before and Pat hasn't had time to fix it yet.
Pat has been running Intel since Feb 2021. That's 2.5 years already! What has he accomplished?
- Fixed the brain drain? Only made it worse
- Fixed the poor silicon quality? Nope
- Fixed the missing of deadlines? Nope
- Fixed the bloated organizations? Only made it worse
- Fixed employee motivation? Definitely made it far worse (except for some Believers)
- Fixed promoting wrong people? Nopes
- Fixed the financials? Only made it far worse
- Fixed the lying to employees and shareholders? Only doubled down
Can somebody tell why he is supposed to be good?
