Dr-g test

If they were really trying to get rid of as many people as possible as you all say over and over. They would start start dr-g testing.

I wasn't tested when I was hired and never signed anything about dr-g use or lack thereof.

Correction:
There used to be a guy working in my group who smoked the weed, and had access to a crucial assets on the network. Nobody cared. I've heard you can buy an artificial ur--e, that will help pass the dr-g test.

That might have unintended consequences. I'd like to have the officers and BOD dr-g tested.

You can raise your hand and say I need treatment before the test and I think if you’re willing to go they’ll give you a pass. I have seen it done.

Those who have CDL licenses in the field are dr-g tested, mainly Linemen or OPT.

I know of an employee in Texas that was showing up to work bringing customers out of service and was confronted about dr-g use and she got a nice 4 month and counting fmla or disability vacation she is currently in a California rehab since April and still not back yet but her job is waiting for her. So dont think that would matter.

They don’t have time for that !!!
They are too busy with RTO & layoffs.

It's too costly and time consuming for them to randomly dr-g test everyone. The only time they seem to do it is when you first hire on, and when they are forced to do it by the state for employees that have a CDL.

@toq+1nJ26OXe While I agree, I don't know what his point was. I don't know any managers who are pot heads, or other illicit dr-gs, or even act like they might be. So no, I don't think we'd lose a lot of managers with dr-g test. Maybe some of the service and field level folks, but I don't know if union folks get tested.

May be legal in some states but not legal on a federal level. Also, have the cobc which pretty much allows them to fire anyone at anytime.

Speak for yourself, and it's hard to institute a corporate-wide policy when certain dr-gs are legal in some states but not others.

No manager with direct reports would survive.
