Just checked our bonus for this quarter ! What a joke , they call it an incentive — not for hourly associates, that’s for sure . Maybe for the managers. Our club got $65, which we were told that expectations are so high, that we will never see another bonus like we used to get . We used to get $400-$800 . It is just a slap in the face to us working our butts off .

When is next bonus pay out?
If someone handed you money I bet you wouldn't complain. Its a bonus...BONUS. Doesn't mean its guaranteed. Maybe instead of complaining like little children. Maybe go do your job, earn ur paycheck. Go home and live ur life. Fu----g people complain for everything....No wonder we are laughed at by other countries. We expect everything to be given to us. People are soft...
Trust me, managers are getting screwed too. If hourly associates do not get a good bonus neither do the managers. Club managers might but I know assistant managers bonuses are sh-t. And if the club doesn’t hit certain goals they can actually take away 25% of whatever little bonus a manager gets.

More money for more expensive art, mansions, cars to be added to their collection, trips around the world while we struggle to make ends meet and let's not forget how we stuck it out during the height of the pandemic to only get a slap in the face.... oh I did not forget we received pandemic money but let's not get carried away it was for them to look good , look what they are doing to make up for what they gave us.

by going to the quarter, they knew that it would be very hard for clubs to bring up a bad month. there just wasn't time. when the bonus was given annually, clubs had more time to bring up a bad month.
then they make mx voices part of your bonus. people at home office write some of those comments in order to bring down your club's score.
not one person's bonus at home office is determined in part by mx voices. their bonus is based sales.
