People that do the jobs they are asked to do should be getting meets period. Sounds like that doesn’t always happen. They also make it very difficult to get anything above meets which is a big issue too and hurts morale for people legit trying. And also bumping down ratings from mid year to year end (when it’s literally 3 months later) doesn’t help. These morale killers are why these posts keep occurring.

I care because it can affect compensation. In this day and age of terrible morale, colleagues undermining each other due to stacked ranking, and dilapidated office space, the money is literally the only reason I’m here.
