Any know which markets are being split apart? Guessing the "Out of Footprint" and possible consolidation of North/South states (TX, CA)

Reducing markets will have a dramatic impact on teams across the business. That second cut is the deepest.

All VPGMs need to go except those that sit in a major metropolitan area. With cash constraints, only focus on those city’s with good market share and solid revenues.

I bid 1. 1 perfect CEO runs T, so 1 VPGM. A few years ago, many employees had to choose between downgraded in title and pay or severance.

If 1 CEO can have the impact on T that T experienced, imagine what could happen with 1 person per call center. The cost savings could cover the whole debt. And, shed annoying customers as quick a T is shedding employees.

Desert Southwest (Vegas, NM, Arizona) VPGM left the company couple weeks ago, so I’m sure that had something to do with it.

VPGM are already spread thin. Now small business aligns with the same territory as a VPGM has in retail. There are some VPGM that have 4 complete states and with some small overlap have stores in as many as 7 states.

if this is true a whole lot of groups will be merging. meaning overlap and unfortunately layoffs.

VPGM is the local regional boss of a designated area. Example EWiper is VPGM of New England market

Probably Enterprise or Global or Mid Markets. I cannot remember what they are all called anymore. Public Sector is about the only area making money now at least in Mobility.
