The God forsaken BoD is totally in lock step with egomaniacal “Skunkey”. Those soulless Machiavellians are getting their cut of the the ‘bl00d money’ to green-light all the atrocious decisions.
You can’t petition a vote of no confidence, it has to come from a majority of the board.
