Calibration happens by end of Oct
mid year = year end unless you f up majorly - all of the mgr discussions happen bfore YE
Went well. There’s no ratings for mid year, so just gives you a directional idea of how you’re doing and what to improve to boost your rating before year end.
Mine went well. No surprises.
