How does one get an SM Job while out on leave and no one in the business that works so hard, has tenure, passionate, reliable etc. not even get a shot?! Oh wait, it’s that ladies org. Countless reports of favoritism, corruption and just a toxic environment. So corrupt. So gross. No wonder Verizon is tanking since she came over. Everyone despises her and she doesn’t get it. Awful leadership beyond words, but no one seems to care. HR FAIL for sure. Saddens me to think of where we were and where we are now because of terrible leadership and guidance.

Job postings for jobs that have already been spoken for has been a problem since there were job postings.
I have applied to a few jobs over the last few decades and more than once was invited to interview because they told me they wanted to meet me since they had heard my name around. in all cases they already knew who they were going to pick it was just a waste of everyones time so they could show they interviewed others.
It's sad for sure. Jobs posted that already spoken for. There is always the ethics hot line, all supposedly confidential.
