Most band 6 get 10k with exception for some technical roles that get 15k. That started this year when they gave out RSUs

what's with all the down votes to a simple question? The answer is that as of last year they are variable based on title.
Band 7 gets 6K. Band 6 gets 10k because I have been both. Not sure about band 6 PE or tech.

5 gets LTI, and not everyone gets RSU's most like me get STI.
We all LOST money with these RSUs. Remember this was to replace the bonus 2-3% of your salary they would previously put in your 401K. If they had done that, you would be potentially up 40% with that money if invested in a index fund. Instead, the value of the RSU was down 40%
All the PEs / band 6 in my group got 15K
They changed it this year for Band 6. Starting next year some get 10k and those with specific technical roles get 15k
5 and higher aren’t included in stock together because their compensation was always based partly on stock.
