They have been doing this for years, just no one ever slipped and admitted it out loud. What a clown

"Young people are smarter and work harder."

nobody is smarter and works harder than stankey, he knows more about the industry than industry experts, young employees or senior employees

Nothing screams “we want young employees” like mandating 3 days a week in an office!

What an absolutely vile, reprehensible megalomaniac! He’s (seemingly) out of “central casting” in the role of bl00d thirsty, cut thr0@t corporate raider.

That's what I use to think until the old man showed me up every day. Never underestimate experience it will bit your butt every time.

Wow, what a rude, tactless comment about our senior workforce. That's not how you treat people regardless of age. I am disgusted by that statement.

Was this a joke? If not then what JS said hit the mark on the below comment

"AT&T doesn't know what they are doing. Young people don't have experience with rotary phones or yellow pages."

If there’s one thing Gen Z wants, it is non-stop micromanagement, having to travel to an old dilapidated office and doing everything the old fashioned way. They are dying to work here…lol

Young people don't even know what gender they are.

What an insult to those that have built the company. So anyone younger than JS should be ok right? Otherwise he should bow out for not being part of the young demographic

I heard that too. So much for knowledge, expertise and experience (and don't forget loyalty). As long as they hire younger people, as in pay people less.. Yea that was definitely the quiet part out loud.

" They are cheaper."

Sure. It's also illegal to target employees for layoff based on age. Which he just basically said he was doing.

LOL 💯 He wants younger, inexperienced professionals so he can extend lower pay and worse benefits.

Yes he just said that quiet part out loud during Q&A of his town hall. All the other officers were shaking their heads in agreement to the statement our demographics don’t align with our customers and we need younger employees to help drive our company into the future.
