So, based on your personal experience and observation and discussions with peers, what is the ratio of male to female HC reductions, minority vs. non-minority HC reductions? Age demographics of HC reductions? Are those HC reductions significantly different compared to the existing employee base?

Majority older white males from what I’ve seen. But generally speaking most are of retirement age across all demos, but not always.
