Many involved in the transition have completed their transition work and are no longer needed. They only need someone to push the buttons to execute. This can absolutely happen before TG
Absolutely. There are groups that don't have a hand in the transition, so they can start with those.
I hope so, this is exhausting. This forum has never been more active. Imagine the fear, gossip and rumors if we were in the office
