Hopefully they offer a reply of this one. I'm kind of thinking they won't.

Hey Dimwit

You don’t believe that age discrimination is a thing in employment law?

You’re not aware that age (over 40) is one of the federally protected employment classes?

You do some homework, and STFU while you’re at it.

Ha! You obviously have no experience with the English language. Here’s your homework for tonight, let’s work on vocabulary tonight:

dis·crim·i·na·to·ry
/dəˈskrimənəˌtôrē/
adjective
making or showing an unjust or prejudicial distinction between different categories of people, especially on the grounds of ethnicity, s-x, age, or disability.
"discriminatory employment practices"

“ The comments weren’t discriminatory. Simply stating facts.“

And you’re a dimwit.

They were perhaps “borderline” in terms of discrimination.

They were 100% inappropriate for any CEO to be making, at anytime. Much less one in the midst of constant layoffs.

And they will 100% be used against the corporation a suit is brought.
