C&S Growth lost a lot. 4 members of my team laid off, only kept 1 outreach rep.
I was laid off my last day is 8/10. I work in C&S Clinical Strategy
To person asking about severance it is based on years of service not job level.... if you were part of yesterdays layoff we (or me) still have access to HR where you can find it laid out. No access to any of my files though.... all secure access was removed by mid day yesterday. Oh well...stayed too long cause it was comfortable .... cr-ppy raises for 6 yrs
For level 29/30 severance depends on years at company. !0 years is 4 1/2 months plus 2 weeks of PTO. for a total of 5 months with 10 years in.
Over 50% of the C&S Clinical Strategy team was laid off (including me) also heard that National Quality, Clinical Operations, and Marketing teams were also impacted. It almost looks random on who lost their jobs.
I was let go today. Last official day is 8/10.
