Is it time to unionize? Obviously not go with a crummy USW, etc. but any other unions avail for non manufacturing jobs?
Time to level the playing field.

Time to level the playing field.
Isn't that the appropriate time to unionize??
Unions have proven across multiple industries and several decades that this results in higher median pay … but much poorer quality and much increased safety risk exposure and much lower education and advancement opportunity in companies as age and seniority takes priority in promotion consideration … so why is this good for shareholders and more importantly, the individual employees whom have work ethic and desire advancement based on merit ? (Hint the answer is it isn’t … unions destroy companies quicker than any management structure possibly can as evidenced by the broad US history with unions).

Your pathetic efforts will end before they even begin.

I’d rather pay union dues than do the United way arm twisting we go through every year.
The thing about union is that it has to be branch to different sub section. Not all departments/sites will stand up for another. For instance ILEU only fought for research techs were the admins, offices, and trades get phased out of negiotation. If EMHC would unionize they will need to have a sizeable group
It’s possible.
Every worker deserves that much along with decent compensation and a safe and healthy work environment. By joining together with your co-workers you can build an employee organization that gives you a real say over your job, puts you on more equal footing with your employer and ensures a better economic future for you and your co-workers.
Your right to form a union is protected by long-standing U.S. labor laws. While most employers use all kinds of excuses why unions aren’t needed and put up challenges to block organizing efforts, workers succeed every day in building powerful employee organizations.
