So we have 8 tables in our store and we have 10 bar stools and 3 chairs. Mind you the 13 we have look nasty, cracks in them, downright dangerous. They fall off on a monthly basis, kinda like our TV sales. We keep asking for more chairs or tables or even bar stools - but corporate cannot afford them is what we are told. I wonder if we should do a go fund me for chairs ? Or maybe we could do a carwash so our customers can sit down or so that we don't stand over them during sales transactions ? What are your ideas to get us chairs ?

Gallardo v att mobility llc. April 29th 2014. Store reps get chairs.
There is a chair replacement program contact your SEL. All of the cracked orange ones should’ve been replaced.
Try buying 4 chairs for $99 at Target. Post photo with customers sitting on chairs on Viva Yammer. Supply Chain will lose its mind and tell you store can only use $2,400 dirty chairs!!! They will order and they will be delivered in fiscal year 2027.
BellSouth ordered trucks without AC until the big 3 charged less with air. Now the trucks have AC. They don’t want people sitting around.
SBC has always been cheap and has a shoddy reputation. You're lucky your store isn't in an old warehouse.
Some years ago in Cali, AT&T was sued by the CWA over the sales rep not having chairs. Federal Judge ruled in CWA favor and AT&T had to pay I think it was$700 to each sales rep as a result of it plus add the chairs! Go to your local Union leaders
That's the at&t way, save, scrimp, make do with current environment. Do this so c suite can throw all the saved money down a rat hole. Seen it time and time again.
As a Former Employee I so agree with you about the chairs. I was at an AT&T store close to my house. I wanted to buy a new IPhone for my husband. I have pain in my feet so it was very hard to stand. Only to be told I should go to Best
Buy or Target to buy the phone and call AT&T to activate. So frustrating.
Your Union su-ks.
Lol, it’s amazing how cheap they are on little things, yet blow tons of money on anything the C Suite does.
Corporate can afford it, they re just being cheap.
Just send them to T-Mobile or Verizon. That’s customer service!
