I hear speculations that this downward spiral will result in additional cuts very soon, but on the other hand the management says that everything is in the best order……

Sadly that same mgmt had to stack rank your team so, hopefully this just means you’re on top or close to.
people leader here... manager 2 in isg.. I've heard that changes will be happening in emea in the coming weeks across support, ( they had to get all the approvals' from the workers council in Germany and the unions in other places). for amer there will be leadership changes and rebalancing aug 21st .. ive heard sales might be hit but nothing official.
Maybe they don't know or have a good poker face
