We waste probably $100M/year on do-nothing "leaders" that routinely make stupid decisions detrimental to the company's long term interests. You'd need some kind of human oversight, but by and large AI would do a much better job.
If they want to get rid of the number one detriment to revenue and employee morale, ABSOLUTELY replace CEOs with AI. No more grifters. Immediate cost savings of $24 million (Charlie’s compensation), and an end to the constant gaslighting for personal gain? Sign me up. I welcome our robot overloads.🤖
