I heard we will be moving back to 2 days in office staring in October due to overcrowding.

Of course our goal is to maximize shareholder value… they’re our owners!
Allow me to guess…. 2 year University of Phoenix Associates degree?
Too many d-mb discussion on this message board with no idea how senior management is thinking on these issues.
Senior management main objective is to extract every ounce of blood from rank and file so that shareholder value can be maximized.
There isn’t even a shred of truth in this entire topic.
You got me excited to go check My Source!

Nope. Fake news

I don’t work for Roman
Uh… no. LOL

Is there a link to this declaration from RR anywhere?
I doubt any of this is true.
I’m all for WFH and flexibility but why is everyone blaming RR when the same exact message was emailed from other department heads? Roman isn’t running the company.
You guys are all taking a dig at RR but at least he is letting people know in advance instead of pretending the plan is still up in the air.
Roman could also leave and do us all a favour
roman can go into office 5 days a week instead of traveling around going to silly award ceremonies no ones ever heard of and posting on linkedin
Roman has said that ALL employees - unless one has a medical exemption- have to report back to the office for all five days starting 1/3/2024.
Doubt this is true and doesn’t make sense they would wait until October
That would make sense. But I doubt it. The execs rarely do what makes sense
False.
Where did you hear that?
