Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Did FLV Get Fired Yet?

Ford seriously can’t be keeping him. He is unfit to lead. Come on.

A quiet firing with hiring of his replacement

The wa-ker needs to be shipped back to France. If he is so important to JF, JF can set him up with an office in France where he is all by his self and can’t abuse/bully coworkers. The mute button works well in virtual meetings, and the delete key for his emails.

There must be an ulterior motive for having FLV continue to drain $3 billion annually from our bonus calculation. He has dirt on Farley or somebody in the Ford family.

He is still listed as an executive on the website.

How is this still going on? Just so ridiculous. Get rid of him.

FLV should be “retired.” There is nobody at Ford Next qualified in any way to be in charge of creating new business. FLV did nothing of value at Renault. Moran, the “ CEO of canopy” had never had a job anywhere other than Ford. These two have cost the company close to ten billion dollars in the past three years with ZERO RESULTS!

When will the Ford family wake up and fire Bill, Farley, FLV and CM for destroying shareholder and employee value?

No. I just saw it on channel 4 news. FLV is free, in the clear, and innocent of all charges.

Now can we move on? He has work to do, and so do you if you all here even work for Ford.

There wasn't even anyone qualified to run FordNext at this point in time anyways. Glad that the current leadership is staying in place.

Well, the charges were dropped, so FLV should be good to go, right? I'd guess JF wants to keep him on, since in case anyone questions JF's judgment, he'll distract them by pointing to FLV.

@ywq name ONE technology or strategy FLV or his entire team has “delivered.” I’ll wait, forever.

He is still active. While I agree most buying decisions are made by women, it doesn't seem like upper management cares. With as many recalls as we have, our vehicles are not being looked at as safe. Women don't want EVs and now the sales are beginning to show.

While I haven’t heard he is separated, if he is not separated the last vestiges of respect for Ford the company will vaporize. Who will listen to or respect a nut-job bully? Thanks to the WWW, the whole world knows who FLV is and what his character and moral compass is.

I wonder how many women will buy a vehicle from a company that rewards and celebrates domestic abusers? 57% of vehicles purchases are by women. Poof there goes another Ford market segment. Great job Ford leadership!

I have not heard he was separated. I doubt this rumor is true. It would be a serious mistake for the sake of the company's technology strategy and delivery.
