Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

The biggest lie ever

How skewed are our books? How could we possibly be hitting our expected earnings when most people barely do their job here? Top sellers all do what their not supposed to. Customer service would rather play hot potato with a customer than actually help them. There’s talks of surplus so much that managers are applying for new jobs during the work day

Can someone please explain to me where AT&T makes their money from? It’s not the fiber or wireless that they keep boasting about…all they do is lower current bills or sc--w over a customer like good ol Randy use to do.

Gonna be a shame when 3 letter orgs start looking into AT&T’s books more. Get rid of your stock asap

Self reported numbers are always “ awesome”. Just like sales at T, self reported results are celebrated while they are actually an absolute fantasy, and leadership turns their head on it all. This is one reason T is in serious distress.

It’s simple. Numbers are just that ….numbers. And the are looking at dollars…not details. Lay off more people less money spent. It will catch up with them though. No regard for knowledge being shown the door.

I had a friend call me to complain about how awful mobility customer service is because two reps tried to upsell him a different service telling him they can't resolve his issue unless he does so. He called a 3rd time and finally got an ethical customer rep to assist and resolve his matter. Third time is a charm as they say, but I was embarrassed and explained that T has hit rock bottom and is desperately trying to make money every which way they can even if it's unethical!

This post REAKS of bitterness and anger from some who obviously hates their job. Or maybe, they're a troll from the competition.

Just because your experience is terrible, your coworkers may be lazy, and obviously you might be subpar at your job, doesn't mean everyone else is.

Wireless continues to be the most profitable segment of AT&T. We continue to add new customers. The reality is, most of our customers current and new have a great experience with AT&T.

Most of the sales are legit and most of our sellers do a fantastic job. As a top seller in my field, first consumer than business who won awards for this (remember you must survive a FULL audit to win sales awards), your assumptions sound like bitter bullsh-t from a loser that either A. Couldn't handle it in sales or B. Doesn't work in sales. Either way, you're talking out of your a-s.

Our fiber dominates the industry. Most people have a great experience with it.

If this weren't the case, then AT&T would be out of business. The free market works, bad companies simply don't last long term. Eventually, the marker turns against them.

If so many people hate AT&T as you foolishly describe, then the company would be here.

There you go, finally somebody from the media who is asking to chat and look in to what is going on.
Somebody please send her the video I don't have it. Then we can go from there.

Our books are skewed just enough to pay the workers and the dividend. Go AT&T!
