Pretty sad that the only thing to look forward to at WF is months w/3 paydays.
September is right aeound the corner. How many will make it that far and how many will be laid off b4 then?

Semi-monthly is great if you're salaried but apparently it's unpopular with hourly employees because even if they have the same number of hours every week, their paychecks will be different because of the alignment of how many working days were in any given pay period.
Kind of like how Stamp shows either 80 or 88 and sometimes 96 hours in a Stamp period depending on the alignment of work days to the calendar days. So going biweekly makes it easier on all the hourly employees and is basically just a tossup for the salaried employees.
Absolutely! I miss the good old days of twice a month paydays. Not sure why paying people 26 times a year is more efficient than 24, but someone decided that it is.
Once every 12 years or so there's 27 pay periods per year (basically years that January 2nd is a payday Friday, since 52 weeks later is Jan 1st of the following year so the company pays one day early on Dec 31 since the 1st is a holiday) which is an interesting oddity, but yeah, aside from that it's not really something to spend time looking forward to.
Twice a month was better than every other week.
I love the addtl. paycheck in those month, too! Lord knows we need it since bills are getting more difficult to oay.
26 paydays per year no matter how you slice it, but bill schedules are monthly so the 3-payday mos. help.
I get paid every 2 weeks, could care less if it happens to happen 3 times in one month due to timing. I miss the days where we were paid on the 15th and last day of month
We're 60 days to it so we would all get paid.
