For 99% of the people that get them the amount is not worth the vesting period.

We don’t know RSUs amount until YE. 2022 RSU were 160 for O and CL25
Is this something that excites people? Staying 3-7 years for maybe 8 thousand dollars? Adjust that for inflation and annualized geniuses. It’s a $2-3k/year bonus but you have to wait 3-7 years! Wouldn’t a 10-30% cash bonus actually be of interest? Who f—ing cares about RSUs unless you are a VP or a President getting tens of thousands of them

They do 22-25 O+, 26-27 E+, 28-29 VG+

@1btf+1nUrb7ND I think they do CL23 or something like that to CL25 for Outstanding, CL26/27 for Excellent and higher, CL28 for VG and higher and so on.
What CL levels do they start handing them out at now?
For CL26 l, it was 160 for Outstanding and 170 for OwD. I am guessing 150 for excellent.
