Lets face it, Cathy was the sacrifice for the EMT bumbling. Jay honestly needs to go, whether resigning or fired. Ever since his lead its been a non stop environment of restructure and reinventing Crown. I recall one of his statements of knowing how to build customer installs better than they themselves. The arrogance and smug attitudes have to go. I agree bring back Ben.

Be real: Shame on all of you, the EMT, for hiding in your offices and waiting two-three weeks to face your employees after the announcement.
Be an owner: Admit that your awful business decisions are the reason why people are losing their jobs and that our stock is in the toilet. You can’t blame it all on the economy.
Be accountable: Cathy isn’t the one that should be leaving.
