My STL group and culture champion ambassadors don't give a sh*t about what I have to say or my feedback. If they did, they would have asked about what I learned at the Culture Champion Summit...but they didn't. I will probably be the only one on my team to not complete the survey.

Good they deserve nothing they sold their integrity getting into leadership. Feel nothing for them all you are is expendable to them. If they get into trouble so be it they are well compensated for the boot locking they do.

Store leadership and regional presidents get in deep trouble when responses are low. Silence is a loud way to protest without your tm ID

Why would anyone complete the survey?
So leadership can spend hours trying to figure out who said what? Only to then target anyone with anything negative to say?
You are filling out that survey under your TM #.
Hardly anonymous.
Just like the questions that pop up on Innerview every time you open it.
Oh sure… LOL

Saying nothing is more effective than responding. Responding indicates that a TM still has faith that anybody up top cares. Keeping the number of responses low would be more worrisome for the sc-m at the top.
