Now that you called out the outlook tip, HR could change their strategy and may mark future invites as “free”. If they don’t we will know HR they doesn’t monitor this site and the trolls can stop calling HR out.

Have heard from several sales folks that they got the dreaded 9:30am Monday meeting on their calendar. Same exact thing happened to me in February. Best of luck to everyone!
September is everyone else. Sales is now/Monday.
My insight is that there will be an early August round of Layoffs and a September round of Layoffs.
No I don't know which orgs will be in each, or the exact day. But my contacts in HR have all their calendars booked for next week, so that is a very good indicator that next week something is going on. Try going into outlook and scheduling a meeting with someone in HR and go to Scheduling Assistant. You will probably see that they have blocked entire days out.
As for September, that is a hunch as Dell has done two waves in the past about a month apart. I do hope I am in one of the waves.
