Has anyone contacted accommodations for additional work from home days I have one colleague who received 8 extra days a month and 1 who was told they didn’t have to RTO until May 2025

Accomodations is not accomdating ...
The accommodation's are only good for one year at a time. Every year you have to get a new one and they have to review it.
Try bad gas.
Contact HR and they will tell you if you qualify. Good luck.
One was anxiety and the other was medical condition
