@fui+1nZOPmec, yes, OP can be cut. But today orders aren't processed within the same day as frictionless is complete cr-p. Global Portal outside of US, no frictionless and massive delays to book orders already today.
But Dell don't care about that nor their customers, so sure they can cut, and will do. They already did.

If they fire anymore OP employees then orders would take weeks to get placed instead of days.
@mcw+1nZOPmec, OP is not only in India. There are 4 other large locations, plus special OP. Guess you're in the US and only see that world.
Ha !!! OP's are in India and make 3.00/hr. That's the wave of the future. No specialists. Moving to AI configured platforms. Customer orders online or buys through a partner. No need for people with experience.
