In general if a package was offered what month was a it usally offered in ?

End of year most of the time .I believe they will offer associates a package of some sort ,but to who or what groups is the question.Could be inside people .Field has very limited head count you cant base the current climate with a not so good economic situation and no one spending including business.Realistically if things got busy or there is some sort of natural disaster there is not enough field personnel to maintain the wireline or wireless network which is quite intertwined so unsure they really are prepared to lose the entire field
usually towards november...if theres going to be an ipp or eipp at all. but with the Gatt rate UP nobody wants to leave. so they can continue paying us until contract ends and try to push us out then or just continue paying us to do less and less work and fill in for the mananagement Rifs at an enhanced pay scale. the best managers in my shoppe are just acting techs , because they actually have worked the job. win win for us
