Is the 9000 number I see the ATO (McElfresh) organization?

Any specifics?

In a recent town hall for the finance dept Mcelfresh said it is about 20,000 managers that may have to relocate.

“It destroyed the organization.”

That’s Stankey’s goal. History has a way of repeating itself at T.

"Typically, in the past, the number of people that would actually go ahead with that is 25-33%."

When marketing did it (from NJ to TX), the uptake rate was under 20%. It destroyed the organization.

The number I'm looking for is the number of people that would be required to relocate in order to keep their jobs. Typically, in the past, the number of people that would actually go ahead with that is 25-33%. And that is with paid relo.

Nobody on this board knows that number and never will unless leadership shares it. Where did you get your historical take rate percentages from? What year and company? I have been here a long time, not aware of any widescale relocations fir management.

OP, that number was floated weeks ago. There has been a lot of opinions about it in this site. Stanley’s communication was clear enough on the subject. Why are you suddenly asking?

Correct to a statement below about Marachel who has been gone for a while. This was a case in affirmative action not nepotism that failed miserably.

“Hopefully the EVP & above will support FEMALE SVP and not allow nepotism to prevail under the guise of “special skills”!!!”

You mean the SVP that has site acquisition and demonstrated on her town hall that she knows nothing about how site leasing agreements work?

Marachel is the best example of "nepotism"

Hetrick vs Marachel take 2.

Another kind of impact… discord with Managment… in a ACE org, the VP & SVP are at odds. Makes the bad even worse as SVP is trying to do right thing and follow rules and VP wants to protect all his friends. Hopefully the EVP & above will support FEMALE SVP and not allow nepotism to prevail under the guise of “special skills”!!!

I'm not interested in the numbers of people required to return to the office, if there is no relocation requirement. I think some numbers are being commingled that need to be kept separated.

Company wide.

And the number cited by Stankey was 15000 this year.

He also told the markets we would have 16bn in FCF this year. The first quarter was just over 1bn. We need 5bn each quarter, so things could get even uglier if the 2nd quarter doesn’t get close.
